Hello DP, I own a Web Design & Graphic Design company and I’m looking to sub-contract out programmers who are interested in getting work from my company. I'm looking to get at least 2 or 3 good experienced people are willing to get the job done right. These people will be in our directory of coders so when we need work done we will contact you. What we require: 3+ Years of Programming Experience of some of the following languages (xHTML/CSS/JAVA/JQUERY/AJAX.. etc etc) any degrees or certificates would be great. Good work ethic and ability to complete tasks in short amounts of time. Online availability, we need to keep in touch with you frequently sometimes on a daily basis Background of CMS and script building Job Descriptions: Converting PSD > HTML working in multiple browsers (Tableless only) Integrating and building languages such as; PHP, jQuery and java. Working with Wordpress, vBulletin, Joomla or any other scripts (This is a bonus) Good programming organizational skills, we dont like messy coding. General Payments: You will be paid once we are satisfied with the work you've shown us, In some cases we will pay half before hand and the half after. All payments will be made via Paypal, and if necessary we can pay by check. We want someone preferable based in the United States. We are NOT looking to hire out individuals who are from Europe or the Middle East. Reason being the huge time gab between us. We are not looking to hire other companies or other company services. again this is personal sub-contract agreement you will have with my company and you will need to sign legal agreements. The one thing that ticks me off most is when someone like you cannot read what I ask in my thread, yet you reply with a message publicizing your company and services.I ask for an individual not a business looking to sell out your people. Plus that message is pretty broad, I dont even think you read my thread. - Alex
