Looking to start a programming team

Hey all,

I'm looking to start a team of programmers to take on freelance projects.

I am in need of people who can do PHP, mySQL, Flash, Javascript, and AJAX. You don't need to be proficient in all of them, just a few as long as I can fill all those holes with someone.

Are you looking for subcontractors (ie if they do 5 hours work on a project they get 5 hours pay) or to actually form a team of people (ie they are contracted for 30 hours a week and get paid 30 hours irrespective of if you have given them 30 hours or 5 hours)
