Looking to start a network. Need a partner/team

    I'm looking to start a network of sites.
    I'm thinking it is gonna be based around CPA, CPM, PPC, and maybe PPI sites.
    I will pay for all the server costs, domains, etc.
    I code but I will also need help coding.

    No this will not have any adult content.
    It will be based around CPA, CPM, PPC, and possibly PPI.
