Looking to sell PR5 unique MSRS site. Everything Custom made.

I need a quick source of income, therefor I am going to let go of my baby.

Everything on this site is basically custom coded. From the layouts section to the codes section, to a custom admin panel.

The website in question is toppremadelayouts.com . I need to pay my bills therefor I need to get ri of this one quickly.

Over the last 3 1/2 months the site has near $2,300, no advertising has been done for the site what-so-ever. No bulletins, no nothing. The site does have a MySpace account with 150+ friends and is growing daily.

All layouts are user submitted, or they are added by me. Some are hosted on the server, while others that are user submitted are hosted elsewhere.

Sources of income include, AdSense, Zango, Valueclick and a few link sales.

Site has plenty of incoming PR6 links as well as plenty other link exchanges to help with the rankings.

Traffic has been down for the past few weeks due to some Google change, but when rankings return I am sure that traffic will be back up to it's usual and if you promote / advertise the site I am sure that will help immensely as well.

The site has tons of potential, but right now I am in a financial bond and need to get ri of it ASAP.

How much money do you make from adsense?

 

When the site was not sandboxed it was making 250 - low 300's / month I believe. Now it's making ~ 100 (with AdSense).

Why the sudden drop of traffic from feb to mar? It seems not only SE traffic, but also type-in were cut by half since then.

 

I guess it is a snowball effect. Less uniques from Google amounts to less being exposed therefor less traffic.

Hopefully it will come out of the sandbox soon.

Please note that everything in this site is custom made. All of the coding and what not was done by myself.

The time needed to maintain the site is minimal. Maybe an hour / week to add new layouts, check broken layouts, tweak the code a little bit, approve friends on the myspace account page.

I have a reserve of $3,500, and consider it a steal. A BIN for $5,000 which was lowered from the original $5,500.

This website made in 3 months over $2,100. Before being sandboxed the site averaged $20-$35 / day.
