Selling Looking to sell mortgage site

I have a mortgage website that I can no longer maintain being hosted on free hosting... have owned the domain on MyDomain since 2004... comes with two domain names - http://www.quickclickmortgage.com and http://www.quick-click-mortgage.com - both expire Oct 26, 2009 altho I will renew them if I don't give up the website... site needs some TLC... I haven't promoted or worked on this site for a while so traffic and monetization numbers are not available... Great for someone who wants to put some work into it and promote... I also have a gmail address to accompany the site... if you are interested let me know... all reasonable offers considered... I'm looking to lighten my load... =}
