I'm looking to sell everything I've got that deals with web marketing.
Active clients I'm doing work for, websites, domains, software...etc.

My attention has been turning from online to offline business for a while and it has reached the point that I want to pull the plug 100% on my online holdings. I have been losing interest over time which has left me with a bunch of "stuff"

Clients
At present time, there are two SEO clients that I am consulting/doing work for. They basically pay for their campaign and then pay commission on sales as well.
One client pays a monthly retainer plus commission on all web based sales. The 2nd client just came on and paid half upfront and will be paying an additional amount next month followed by percentage of gross profits from sales generated from the site.

Domains/Sites
You would also be getting about 75 domains many with sites on them. The sites earn very little, around $100 a month, total. All but a couple are TLDs, three are .info, and one is .us. Many are exact match, several are aged, up to 10 years.

(All was legitimately purchased, no nulled/warez stuff here)

I have hired a full time VA that does the majority of the work. I was looking in to hiring another one to handle dev stuff, but never got around to it. I currently just pick someone up off of here or some other freelancing site.

I am not adding any 'potential' value to the number I'm looking for. The fact that the two clients are essentially paying for their organic marketing campaigns, and then also paying on performance is a huge opportunity.
