Looking To Rebuild, Administrate Or Moderate Forums

    Hey guys, I love messing around with forums and working with them. I am looking for a forum owner that owns vB or IPB forums that will let me rebuild his forum by posting and refering it. Administrating it by building it up or rebuilding it. And moderate the forums by making sure the forum stays clean.
