Looking to pay someone to remove bad links.

    I did some article spinning with Unique Article Wizard, which yielded bad SEO results after Penguin. I'm looking to remove those links. Looking to pay $1 per link removed. I'll provide the list of links and e-mail script. I'm looking for someone to find out who owns the site and ask the link be removed. I will pay based on the amount of links removed. Roughly 200-300 links need to be removed from close to 100 domains.
