I've had 2 people contact me and both of them said they couldn't do it.

One person said it involves ASP and I'm not sure about that.

The second said it just can't be done.

Is it possible to re-direct the form from the processing agent to a different URL upon submission?

What do you mean by processing agent? You can do a redirect on the receiving page.

What if I don't have control over the receiving page?

It can't be done simply. Because the page that you specify in your action attribute for the form should be the one receiving the form on submit, if you have no control then you can't redirect, but I think there's a way.

PM me, maybe we can do something :D

this can be easily done through simple js and ajax, if you know what the values the receiving form expects, then you can easily do an ajax post (i'm not sure if you have to expect any value/response in return which is highly unlikely) and redirect. :)
