Looking to pay a designer to add to my existing theme

I cannot find the designer I paid last time to work on my site :( I am not rich so I am looking for someone to create one page for me that matches my existing theme of www.funender.com and if possible in an CSS format. I am a programmer but I suck at graphic design. If you click on the Gaming link up top you see how it displays more subpage links with thumbs and mouseover that orange color? I want a new page similar to that for marketing. I already have an idea of how I want it to look so if you offer a reasonable price and can get it done please send me a private message. This is a serious enquiry so please do not waste my time. I want you to say you can do it, the price, and have it done and I will pay on time. Thanks.

Thanks. It looks like Green Arrow Design is going to work on it.

I checked the link. This is very easy to do. You just need to use javascript for this purpose. The website which you mentioned also used the same. What you'll have to do is that design two images. Then use the javascript events (mouseover in this case) to change or swap the images when the mouse rolls over a image. And use the anchor tag to link the image to another site or page. So that when clicked on that image, the browser navigates the user to other page. If you need any further help, PM me.
