Looking to partner with paid dir - no direct linking required

I am interested in a partnership with others that own a directory of similar alexa rank. My 3 month alexa is 116k and dropping daily. I have a robust marketing campaign on and I receive at least a handful of paid submissions each day.

Here is what I propose-

We each suggest each other's site on the confirmation page (after payment) and in the confirmation email. Two points- We only recommend the others site after we have first been paid. This way there is little concern of sending a prospect to a competitor. Second, since the link to the other site is only in the confirmation page (rarely crawled by SE because it is not directly linked to one's site) and in an email, this should not be seen by SE's as a reciprocal link deal.

Offer only open to similar, PAID directory owners.
