I'm looking to partnering someone with a webhosting business idea i have, it's quite different from others, and targeting low-end, and you-get-what-you-pay-for. Being familiar with now 8yrs experience in hosting industry, i believe this business plan has chances for strong success, with it's very aggressive, very out-of-the-box marketing plan. I have the hardware, technical know-how and general business know-how and experience to make it a success, what i do lack is time and willingness to risk by hiring someone fulltime to have a go at it. I've also done a quite damn good business and marketing plan for it, and all the other upfront research (billing systems, resource management etc.). So, i'm looking to partner someone who's good learner, has all the basics covered and has plenty of spare time to make it happen. Spare time is the #1 factor in this, as it's all i'm lacking from making it success myself. However, i'm usually a bad instructor to people by demanding from them quality beyond their capabilities, and very fast, and i've got pretty much 0 experience in successfull partnerships. So i'm turning to the community wisdom, how it could work? What i should study to make it work? What's a win-win situation here? What i would like to find is a win-win partnership, and retain the partner, so in short: Make it a longterm success. Despite my time constraints i still can chip-in on the marketing, and educating to make it a success.
