Looking to outsource work to designer or coder

    I'm looking for someone with experience and that is good in designing or coding. Please note we are professionals and we can tell the difference between good designs and bad, so don't bother pm'ing me if you don't think you qualify.

    The person selected will then be given immediate work (paid) and if it's good then this will lead to ongoing work. We pay fairly to everyone, but the work must be good.

    Do not reply here. For questions/comments PM me.

    Note: Although a designer and a coder would be best, coders with knowledge of WP are more of what we're looking for at this moment.
