Looking to outsource Link Devlopment

    I'm looking to outsource my link devlopment. I'd be looking to do this on a contract basis (xx number of links per month and not just a one off). This would suit an individual more than a company because I am not willing to pay inflated prices - having said that, I'm not looking for a free lunch either. Difficult catagories.
