I have quite a few websites i own now, and would like to offload some of them to people that could make better use of them and get a little cash back for the effort i have put in for them.

I am looking to know how much these sites are worth as i no longer have time to admin them while they have real potential.

    http://flashygamers.com - PR3 Custom Arcade Script
    Uniques - 200-600 a day.
Custom admin section to add/remove games and links in ASP
Custom stats tracking program in ASP
Revenue - 10$ month in adsense.

    http://upqt.com PR4 - Custom Image Hosting Script
Solid meaningful short 4 char domain.
Much of this site has not been attended to for some times and needs someone to delete inappropriate images.
Custom admin section includes deleting and reorganizing images
    Uniques - Varys 2k -15k uniques a day
Unique concept - Celebrity Image Hosting
    Custom image hosting script.
    Custom Upload and Image thumbnails.
    Revenue - $60 - $100/month in adsense.

Thank you to anyone who can help me determine what i should be able to sell these for with what i have told you. Also how would the best way to be to go about selling them to get the best price.

In general, you could make between 200-2000$.
Other then that, mostly sellers look at some other website stats,on which they depend to buy the website.Since your flashy gamer site receives quit some 200-600 visitors,it may be sold on some professional auction site such as sitepoint for 200-800$.As for the second website,it has quit some good amount of unique visits, and it has a potential of being sold for above 1200$ or so.The amounts cant be too accurate, but in my overall experience of selling and buy templates, this is what can say the best.

first, the most important part is the review of it
try getting some nice reviews, then, try making a nice incom report
I think these are the most important
    and also traffic
    but give details
