Went through a few pages on here and it seems a little daunting to try to find someone new, and perhaps posting what I need to will provide me a good fit for hosting. My current hosting has been great, but I am deeply concerned as their support system doesn't seem to work right now, their SSL expired and their phone # goes to some 'sporting goods' thing.... I think I need to jump ship before I lose anything! First of all I want to note that support and assistance is very important to me, having a good ticket and possibly even on MSN when needed is really valuable to me. Also note I will want my new host to move everything over, I can give Root usernames and passwords for easy transfer. I will likely need my DNS and everything else set up (through namecheap.com). I simply don't have time for this stuff and I would like a problem free transfer. Here is what I have already: Linux VPS 25g storage 100gig bandwidth 1gig dedicated RAM WHM / cpanel with root access managed server 4 dedicated IPs Cloud Hosting Not sure on processor and such. site loads good and the server load is SUPER low which is great. I currently pay $39 a month. Let me know what you got.
Yes it defiantly has to be US located. all my traffic is there and with a large Joomla site it will only load with good speeds locally

Look at your current usage and double it at least, triple is even better because coming half way through the month and running out of bandwidth is probable the worst thing you can do for your website! Good luck!
