Looking to Market Successful Stock/Financial Website, Will Pay $$$

Discussion in 'General Marketing' started by StocksonWallStreet.net, Jun 1, 2012.

I am looking to grow my website, www.StocksonWallStreet.com further and realize the best way to go about it is to invest back in the company specifically marketing. Revenues are really good with the site grossing several thousand in profit a month so I am willing to start a strong, proactive marketing campaign. Any ideas? Will pay someone to help.

    Thanks

Personally I think if you designed your site, you could automatically start doubling revenue, optimize what you already have. Also drop the .net and do a 301 redirect to the .com and move the site over, you'll thank me later.

    BAD ADVICE!

.net or .com doesn't matter when it comes to organic search engine traffic. if you have .net version that is already bringing in traffic, a domain that ranks you high for your targeted key phrases, then it would be foolish to redirect the domain to a different extension. you lose pagerank in the process, your ranking also suffer, sometimes temporarily and sometimes permanent loss in ranking based on how you SEO your site. only time you would take such measure is when you are concerned about brand awareness and temporary loss in ranking or traffic doesn't matter. or if you have a brand new site with no traffic. since the site is working and generating revenue, why change? like they say, why fix something that isn't broke?

Remind me to never purchase your SEO services, because you clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Negged.

Seems like a good-looking site, and sounds like you are already doing well - what areas of marketing are you looking to improve?

why? you got bad memory? that would explain the bad advice. you probably read an ebook somewhere about 301 redirection and already forgot what you read

It's a figure of speech you idiot, go away and learn both Grammar and English because you clearly are in need of both.

    Good luck bro.

second ago i'm an idiot and then a second later i'm your bro? yeh, bad memory alright. can't remember what you said a second ago. try to put your acts together.

and don't come to teach me english and figure of speech. it is you who seem to not get it when to use what type of "figure of speech"

and yes, learn to accept criticism without bad mouthing. if you criticize people, you only open up a possibility to be criticized. only immature people (and people with memory issue) will use foul language

thats exactly what i said. thank you
