Looking to make money through article and affiliate marketing - help

We just wanted to introduce ourselves and see if there is anyone that could help us get in the right direction.. We are a group of two people. We have experience in website design and development as well as flash development. we were introduced to article and affiliate marketing not too long ago by a friend and he showed us some of the potential there is to it.
