I'm looking to make banners for myself, but would love to get into ones that are more flashy and not a static image I see lots of really neat banners out there, and the ones I am currently making are just boring and non attention grabbing Any ideas? (I looked quickly around these forums, but didn't see anything but people offering their services to make them) Also if any one can suggest free software to make them that would be a huge bonus. Thanks for any help
