About one month ago I purchased my own domain called livingluxurylives.com and I originally had plans to make it into a luxury living, luxury lifestyle, expensive car, home, vacation, and gadget website. Well, I am a writer and have been doing many side projects to make some extra money. I am currently in college and write to pay for my tuition, and cant afford to venture out on my own to build the site, as I need to have some definite income for tuition payments. I am willing to take my domain, and make a site for someone. I will control it, do regularly daily posts, promote your products on it, put up advertisements for your pages, create a page on any topic and write regularly on any topic, for a weekly wage. I can give links to many of my articles I wrote, my Bright Hub profile where I am a writer and Editor on the site, and links to many of the blogs I have contributed to. You can also check my iTrader to see some comments on my writing. I know how to do SEO, submit the articles and site to search engine and such. I am also willing to write articles for ezine and other places like that site to promote my site. I am willing to put your adsense up, you can sell advertisements spots for it, or I will sell them and have the money sent to you. All I am looking for is a steady job. I have purchased the domain for 1 year. I am willing to make the site into whatever you want. The "livingluxurylives.com" can really go for anything. Health and fitness, luxury vacations, cars, gadgets, technology, television, celebrity, etc.... I am open to any offers. I currently am an active writer in the Content Creation forum. I am a Native English writer. I live in U.S.A. I am obtaining a degree in writing through my schooling. I am willing to work daily, multiple hours per day building the site. The site could be to sell your product, sell ebooks, affiliate site, or anything else you need, I am willing to maintain it. This could be similar to a partnership. Once the site takes off, which I am sure it will as I am looking to spend an ample amount of time on it, I would like to work on a commission basis, but for the beginning, I would like to work for a flat weekly rate. I will research and find all the keywords. I will make every article quality and original, so the site will be clean. I know about blackhat, whitehat, and greyhat. I would most likely like to use whitehat, as I am hoping this will be long term and will benefit both of us. The best part about it is, I am willing to work a ton on the site. I will do many posts a day and promote the site all over the internet, like facebook, myspace, digg, ezine, and any other sites you prefer.
