Why not start something yourself? You sound like someone who has some experience with startupship. Why would you want to join up with someone else?
Most start ups are big project and often times need many people with specific areas of expertise. With that said, I don't have the business experience to undertake an entire project like this, but I like where your heads at, Utah-seo! If a great idea comes to mind I will surly purse it!!!
The best way to get some experience is to jump right in If you can't find a partner, just go it alone, you'll pick things up as you go along.
If your right in that your strenghts are integrity and trust then I tihink your best bet is to find an owner of an site that has proved itself in the english market and work with them as a partner to set up the same site for the serbian and croatian market.
