I am looking for something that allows me to put a click able link into a video file. I dont care if its at the beginning and the end or something that works kinda like a watermark but it needs to be click able and part of the video file.

    Anyone know of something ?

You could also try to use CSS to do an abs position of transparent image with possibly text only and have the whole video clickable???

Only other way is to embed the video into flash and create links in flash.

Id use flash. You have more control of the graphic.

I'm really not sure about this, but would it be possible with M4A (or a similar format)?

I would go with Flash though.

not possible.. you can add a text with the site url but it won't link to it.
you have here 2-3 possible ideas. take them and use it.
