purchasing link probably won't help you as far as traffic is concerned. since you are offereing image hosting, so go to diffent forums and talk about your site. Don't spam there. Just upload images to your site and also promote it.instead of buying links you can pay some money to forum owners to show ur banner or ask there members to upload there images on your site.
