Looking To Improve My Website

    I have a website that I pay a monthly fee for. It is filled with products, but it is really ugly and I know for a fact that I am not using it to it's full potential because I am embarrassed with the way it looks, etc.

    Since I am new here, and am just learning the rules (and have already been in trouble 2 times) I just wanted to know if I can hire someone from here to re-design it. If so, what is the best way to ask for bids?
