Hello Everyone. We are looking to hire a very experienced WordPress developer for a full time job. We have written a theme development guidelines so you can check what level of quality we are after. We are high paying per a project. We will supply 2-3 projects a month. It will be a continuous work, on the first project/theme we will be paying ONLY after the work is done. On future work between us and you, we will paying 50% upfront. We will require daily report of your work, and it will require you to update the live version of the work on daily basis so we can access it. We are very strict with who we work with and we will not tolerate any sloppy work from your side, we will KNOW! We will be checking your work very carefully. You must be on schedule with us all the time. If you have other projects you are working on, usually the case will be that you are not totally focused on our project, however if you can keep up with the work it's ok. This is a good opertunity and very high paying, we will not tolerate sloppy work! We are looking for a 1 guy! not a company! You should be experienced programmer, who have dealt with WordPress a lot, you should have stunning xHTML/CSS/JS/jQuery experience!
