Looking to hire webhost admin/support + scripy and site setup

I need someone who is experienced in the web host industry, both with cpanel and direct admin. I basically need someone to be my right hand man(person). You will be completely involved in the setup of a new shared hosting project. You will need to do all the tedious tasks involved in webhosting; setting up packages in whm and whmcs, support tickets Level 1 and 2, sales and also assisting in the setup of various other sites. you will also have to become an active support forum member.

What I am offering

1st month (probation)
1 dedicated server (not a vps) or $60 cash
pay per support/sales ticket (base + commision)
$5 for each script install / site setup

2nd month
same as first month + pt salary TBD

I have experience in cP/WHM, Direct Admin and LXadmin, I could create shared hosting accounts, script installing, giving support to customers(live support, answering on tickets(WHMcs(preferred) or some other system) etc). Also, I could offering your hosting packages on some webhosting forums

If you want I can secure your servers and install a DDoS protection on your servers, I know alot about SSH
