Buying Looking to hire someone who can design/knows php/coding/html

    I have a website that I need done similar to a couple that already exist. I have no clue what all coding/programming skills are needed but know that it does require someone who knows what they are doing.

    I am thinking that its mostly done in php but you can tell me. I need to know the full price and turnaround time.
