Looking to hire someone to redesign this site or sell a suitable template

I don't like the current navigation and the site has grown too large to handle it. I'd like to replace it with something more search/thumbnail driven. Such as people being able to search on categories or keywords.

Kind of like this search on SmugMug:

Please PM with bids or if you have a template that might be suitable. All I would need is a basic structure I could apply to the site. It is indexed in Google so the thumbs would have to link to a static page.
