im looking to hire someone to help me with adsense. below are the problems i am having. 1.) i have lots of traffic to my main page, not a many signups compared to the traffic though. also i have no ad's there because i dont want it to make the page look cheesy. 2.) my page is a url redirection site, i show adsense in a 17pixel high banner on the tops of all redirections. only problem is for some reason adsense cant seem to find targeted ad's for some redirections. weird thing is that even if two redirects point at the same page, one might not show targeted ad's, rather show my default ad while the other one will show targeted ad's 100% of the time. if you go signup for a redirect you will see how the keyword thing is setup during the signup process, i am thinking its helping/hurting my ad's depending on what the person puts for keywords/titles/descriptions/robots.txt ect during signup. how can i make it so google always has ad's to show? here are two examples: http://www.brillnews300movehere.t.tl/ http://www.newsmovefast.papi.at/ same page, but one shows targeted and one shows my default ad. why? they both have keywords/titles/desctions and everything else. 3.) i get 10,000 visitors a day to my homepage http://ly2.com and i get 10,000 - 800,000+ impressions per day on my redirects, the number changes alot from day to day depending on spammers / mailing lists that use my redirects and other features like that. help me make some more money, i only make $15-20 bucks a day, or is this about correct? i always thought i would make alot more form this amount of traffic. as far as payment goes i am open to suggestions.
