Looking to hire someone on a monthly basis

I'm looking to bring someone on to help me with sales, support and marketing. Basically, I'm looking for someone that can almost do it all. Here's the basics of what I need:

    - Support: email and ticket system based support for a few sites
    - Sales: again, 2-3 sites to answer pre-sales questions
    - Marketing: someone who can write some articles, post articles, write press releases, post press releases, get active in forums, write some FAQ's and tutorials for my sites and work on affiliate relations and promotion.

    Skills I'm looking for:
    - Solid HTML, some basic PHP
    - Ability to create and write easy to follow tutorials with screenshots and descriptive text; also manage FAQ's
    - Ability to write on a number of webmaster related subjects (AdSense, Domain names, SEO, etc)
    - Industry knowledge
    - Manage email newsletters
    - Must be able to work well on your own and just get things done without supervision.

    Availability:
    - Ideally 7 days per week, about 2 hours per day; if you're the right person and only available during the work week, that works as well.
    - Need to be able to reply to all sales and support questions within 24 hours at the maximum; ideally checking in through the day to complete emails and tickets quicker than that.
    - I'll also assign small or ongoing projects to have completed and managed throughout the month. Support and sales currently do not take more than 30minutes to 1 hour per day, so the remainder could be used for small projects.

So, I'm looking for about 40-50 hours per month, but would like the option to be able to scale up or down depending on spikes in support/sales volume and the need for more project time.

Please PM your background, what your experience and availability is, and resume if available along with your hourly/monthly rate. Also, please send an example of some marketing or general writing materials you've written, managed, etc.

    Thanks!
    Craig

I think we should discuss this further, as I can meet many of the things you are looking for and it would be a great compliment to my current operations, my availability would be excellent. I'll be available to start slow at this right away and transition into it, but I would be fully available when I'm finished moving in 1 month's time.
