Looking to hire someone for an easy to make script.

    I need someone to make me a PHP/javascript script that will take a list of say 500 websites and divide them in to 50 different buttons, each labeled with button 1, button 2, button 3 etc. When I click button 1 the first 10 websites will load, when I click button 2 the next 10 websites will load and so on..
    I don't need any graphics none of that I just want something very simple and affordable.

    In a .txt or .html no mysql.
    My Maximum is $40 seeing as I can make this but don't have the time.
