    I'm looking to hire somebody who can post various open source php scripts in our new website best-php-scripts.com. You should have good knowledge of PHP and know whats best php scripts out there.

    nope! it can be any script made available under GPL license. All you need to do is search just search internet collect some nice php scripts and post details in my site. It would help you know more about php scripts. You have to write description, url and name of script. see how it is done here here
