Hello & read this this thread thoroughly - do NOT contact me if you haven't read this thread thoroughly as ALL project details are in this thread & linked to, I do NOT want your MSN/contact info if you don't have something to show me or at least an impressive past-work but basically I want a preview of my project if you are to contact me I have been SO DISAPPOINTED with the designers who've contacted me here when I last posted about this project that I had to create a whole page dedicated to providing info about this project since I was so fed up with repeating myself to incompetent designers! :[ After finding some of the WORST and MOST INCOMPETENT designers over here, I've decided to put some hope up and try again. I've grown sick & tired and am quite fed up with designers who contact me thinking that they are capable for the job, only to have me chase my own tail in conversation, arguments, or bitter disappointment where they show me a design that is nothing that I describe. I've also grown sick & tired of having the displeasure of writing what I want over and over to designers who waste my time, saying after I type much of what I want and desire that they are incapable in skill of doing what I want or simply don't understand. That being said, I am looking for a professional, capable, & confident web designer who can design under my instruction & through previews (along the way), as well as someone who can input their own creativity and ideas into truly designing a masterpiece of a website in design. It would also help if you know anything about MMORPG games as well, but if not, I do have some information about it in my general rubric web page that I created for this design project, to save myself from time wasters as well as having to repeat myself over and over again. Furthermore, if you are interested in possibly taking part in my project, I ask that you take this time & opportunity now to check out my iegs Design Project. My budget for this site is negotiable, but for some understanding, that will require me to post a range of anywhere between $75-$200 for this design. I am ideally looking to spend $150 for this service. If you can provide XHTML/CSS coding services with the design, that would be an additional bonus for me, but if you can't and your only skill is in your design as shown, then I don't even care. I'm looking for a quality, professional, confident, & capable web designer for my web design needs in this project. Anyway, I am really hoping & crossing my fingers that someone here suitable, if not the designer of my dreams, will find this post here and contact me after reading my design project's page. Again that page should be used as a general rubric for the beginning portion of the design (from the background, to the top - logo and header - to the navigational menu), and what is below it etc will be discussed between the designer and I exclusively once the top has been created so that we can both create a masterpiece.
