Looking to Hire: PHP Programmer $$$

    I'm looking to hire a PHP programmer to program:

    - Search option: something like:
    [​IMG]

    Where it will lead to search pages with thumbnails of houses and their information. This should be easy to edit? (please let me know it can be)
    - Does the amount of pages matter? Because this can be ranging from the hundreds - thousands.

    Note: We do not have a database. IS this seperate? If yes, can you do this? We will be needing to add and remove listings often.

    - Mailing list form (for people to enter their e-mail address)
    - Registration form:
    all they need to do is to put in their e-mail address and the password will be sent to them (we're just using 1 password for everyone). We would also like the e-mail address forwarded to us
    - Basic contact form

    Please let me know your bids and contact me for more details. I would also like to see your portfolio if you have one.

    I can write you a web spider to gather such information from certain sites. Of course my web spiders are not cheap =)
