looking to hire people to promote my forums

I'm looking to hire a few people to help me promote my forums. I don't need people to make fake accounts and post to make it look active, I'm looking for people who can bring in genuine members.

A genuine member will be defined as one who has registered, logged in, and made at least one post OR uploaded one pic to the forums gallery.

I will pay a set price for each genuine member brought to the forums and this will be tracked by vbulletin's built in referral system.

The forums are about tattoos and piercings.

FYI: Genuine members don't tend to register in a empty forum. Most mindstorming forum owners will decide to go through creating accounts and posting to make the forum partially active before actually going public, just a idea

 

I've already created threads and replies using multiple accounts in all sections of the forums as well as uploaded pictures to the gallery, so the site already appears to be active.
