Hello, I'm based in the United States and have a portfolio of over 100 websites in all different sectors of the internet. I manage three successful BNM businesses and have little time to properly promote these sites. My companies current revenues are in excess of US$2M with little to no income coming from my sites. I have over US$100K invested into development of these various sites. I'm looking to hire someone with experience who can help me to monetize my sites. The goal is to develop an affiliate program based on products available on clickbank then create managed PPC campaigns to capitalize on each sites potential. I'm confident that I have at least 10 sites with the capability to make US$1K a month. I have a budget of about US$10K to get this project going. Pay would be based on a weekly salary for the first 10 weeks with payments made every two weeks. The expectation would be that the hired marketing director would find the perfect affiliate offer from clickbank, build in optimized landing pages for the affiliate offer, set-up and optimize PPC accounts for each offer, create SEO/SEM campaigns for each site, and then continually update all elements in a profitable manner. This is not a commission only job. This job will pay a real bi-weekly salary that will increase as performance warrants. I've never thought of looking for this type of team member before but as I continue to grow my portfolio of sites I think it is time to bring in more help to make this venture profitable.
