Hiring posters is a method that never produces the desired results. These cyber mercenaries don't give a damn and only want money. What you need to do is to attract 2 or 3 posters who want to be on your site because it is an interesting/entertaining place in which to exchange ideas/thoughts. Attraction rather than promotion is the key to success.
