Hello, I need to hire an experienced youtube comment poster for long term employment. The volume of work will be too high for one person so unless there is a team handling the job with you, I believe an automatized solution will be the best way to go. The reason why I am asking for an experienced poster is because this job will consist on 2 phases. On the first one you will begin posting in about 200-300 videos on a daily and consistent basis. Depending on how things evolve, that number may increase or remain around those levels. The second phase will consist on eliminating my competition by using a strategy I have devised for this purpose. That is where your expertise will come in. Despite this is not a requirement to apply for the job, the ability to code quality software that can work with youtube will be considered a big plus. Besides providing you with the video details and the specification under which I want you to post, I will not be responsible for providing anything else. Youtube accounts, posting method and any other necessary tool to produce the results I am hiring you to generate will be all your responsibility. If you are chosen, there will be a 2 week trial period in which I will evaluate your work and the results you produce and decide on that basis if you will be hired permanently. The payment during this trial will be a weekly $100. Once the trial is complete and if I hire you officially, we will move forward with the payment structure we agree on. Any interested candidates who qualify to apply for this job, can request any salary amount between $500 to $1500 USD per month. Payments will be done through Paypal and you can request to be paid on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. To be considered as a candidate for this job you will be needing to have no less than 5 Itrader on this forum. If you are new but are already established in another forum with active Itrader, that can also be used as reference( +5 Itrader continues to be the minimum). You should also provide me with verifiable information that supports your claims of "experience" in the niche. Newbies and people who simply know how to perform the first phase shouldn't bother contacting me. I have no plans of hiring somebody without a good amount of experience and who can convince me of his/her capacity to deliver the results I require. This is a fixed salary job (with possibilities of raises and bonuses after the second phase has been implemented successfully) so please don't expect to be paid based on the amount of comments you make. The only measure I plan to use are the results you produce and if you can generate them consistently for me. If you do, we will have a long, successful, business association but if you fail, I will just look for someone who can deliver. Also, unless you have a very high Itrader, if your english is not very good your chances of being considered for the job are pretty slim. Doesn't Youtube block you from commenting after a certain amount of comments to prevent spam? Do you have a way to bypass that?
I have heard that is the case but the reason why I am looking for someone with experience is because I'm sure he or she will be able to cope with that situation and deliver me the results I need.
