I have several dedicated servers that I will be uses for this project. These are the following features that I need in my script (along with all of the regular stuff). 1. Report content link for each uploaded file (a MUST). 2. Allow for free users. And let me set how much they can download each hour, etc. 3. Premium user option with payment method setup (paypal). 4. Ability to change file size limit for free and premium users. 5. Remote upload capability. 6. A points system to pay users points for uploading. 7.
