Looking to Hire - Christian Support Reps (Online Chat Support)

I am looking to hire professional Christian online support representatives for my not-for-profit website, http://www.christianavenue.org. This is very urgent, so please contact me as soon as possible.

Requirements:
- Christian for at least 2 years
- Good English Skills
- Very reliable (late/absent 2 times, and you're gone )
- Know the bible
- More talked about in msn interview

Just like to make clear:

My budget is $150-$200 per month per operator hired. Each operator must be able to come online and stay online for 6 hours straight. Because ChristianAvenue.org is VERY new, you may get 3-4 questions per day. I will be hiring 2 people. Contact me right away.

Time zones are all acceptable at the moment.

What is your pay period (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc) and through what avenue (Paypal, check, etc)?

- Would the person be required to be online at weekends as well or just Monday -> Friday?
- Would they also be tied in for a contract of so many months? (e.g. If it got to the stage where it meant 5 of the 6 hours you were spending continuously answering questions then $200/month might cause problems financially for the recruit if they weren't getting any other work done)

 

iBBnet: You will be paid bi-weekly or monthly (your choice) through PayPal.

Weirfire: No, just Monday to Friday. You may ask for a higher salary at any time. If I think it's acceptable, then sure . If you do plan on quiting, you must find me another suitable person, or I find a good person to fill your spot. Before that time, you still will have to work .
