Looking to Hire Banner Ad Designer (Long-Term, Consistent Work)

    Hey guys.

    Looking for some very talented banner designers to match (or exceed!) the level of work available here: http://www.elegantbanners.com

    I'm looking for about 1-2 designers I can hire on a long-term basis in order to work on orders.

    What I'm looking for in a designer:

    • Good design skill
    • Rapid response times on emails
    • Reliability with deadlines
    • Good command of the English language

    The designer will take orders from ElegantBanners and fulfill them (providing all communications and final files to the clients also).
