The programmers we are looking for will be managed by a project manager and will work in multiple projects from different companies around the World. We will be able to pay on a weekly basis, hourly basis, project basis or salary basis. In the initial phase the hourly or weekly base payment is the most probable. Technical Requirements Advanced PHP experience and knowledge Advanced Ajax, Javascript knowledge Reasonable XHTML knowledge Minor photoshop knowledge Communication Fluent English Google Talk account Must be online at Gtalk at least 5 hours per day, London GMT office hours Profile Responsible and able to be accountable for the work that has been done Mature and disciplined Professionalism Able to comply with deadlines Able to work under pressure Humility. We are not looking for a big shot that thinks he is irreplaceable. He would very quickly understand that no one is irreplaceable. Payment Must be able to receive payments via Paypal Must be used to work by the hour What we offer: A good consistent work load through the year We pay, and we always pay on time.
