I've created, operated, and sold over a million dollars worth of Web sites in this amount of time. I, however, can't design, can't program, and can barely write decent HTML/CSS. So, I'm looking for an ADVANCED and PROVEN team of developers to basically be my go-to team for some upcoming projects. Some requirements that are an absolute must include: - quick replies to my emails/instant messages. If you or no one from your team can get back to me quickly, then please don't contact me - professionalism and a good attitude. If you complain or find yourself feeling bitter about any of your current clients, please don't waste either of our time - fair pricing. If you give me fair prices, it'll more than pay off for you because I'll always be going back to you for more work - strong attention to detail. This is arguably the most important aspect. When I want something done, it has to be done *almost* perfectly. If you don't care about my work as much as you'd care about it if it was your own, then please don't bother contacting me. I've dealt with too many "that's good enough" programmers - consistently update me with projects. Don't make me chase you down to find out how far along a project is...have courtesy to contact me and tell me how it's coming I know that sounds like I could never possibly be happy, but it's basically just common sense practices. In fact, even if you don't contact me, I suggest keeping these things in mind for all of your clients. So, moving on to specific requirements: - obviously EXPERTS in CSS/HTML - expert with PHP/MySQL for HIGH TRAFFIC. When I say high traffic, I don't mean 1000 uniques/day ...I mean 100,000 uniques/day or more. If you can't write efficient code and optimize a database, don't bother with this - Flash experts. Not just simple flash applications, but please know how to work with flash and actionscripts inside and out - great design work is a plus, but not necessary as I know several great designers I can use in unison with your team If all goes well, I will be spending $XX,XXX - XXX,XXX per year with your team depending on the success of my projects. I'm just one person who doesn't want to mess with the issues of hiring in-house designers and coders, so that's why I want to outsource my work to your reliable team.
