Must be in the United States and must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement first and foremost. You will have no direct contact with clients, and I will need to know that I can enforce this stipulation with a contract, and full contact information. You will have a 1099 as well as a sub-contractor, for tax purposes.

Then you must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week, and 30 would be better.

Lastly, you should know a little bit about everything web related, and I mean everything, (except asp). You don't need to be an expert, but you've got to have a handle on what it takes to customize and work with all of the following and more.

PHP, HTML, Javascript, Movable Type, Blogger, WordPress, Joomla, OSCommerce, ZenCart, Flash, Fireworks, Photoshop, Freehand, and more...

Pay is negotiable depending on experience and reliability. Please include your expected wages if you contact me.
