    I am looking to hire a US based server admin,

    Someone that I can Call 24 - 7 , anytime if I have an issue,

    I have 3 servers, and used to do all this myself, and now I am just to busy

    You must have experience,

    You must know SSH

    You must know Linux in and out

    You must know servers

    No, I won't train you

    You must have a US based home phone and messenger

    hmm! phone service for US based only!

    I have all the experience and guts to do the job but it is not possible because i m not US based........
