I'm looking for someone who is 18 that is interested in being an adult moderator on my site. The job requires the person to work 4 hours per day 6 days per week. The job will involve:- 1. Moderating Chat, IM and Email messages to remove emails and web addresses 2. Respond to Chat, IM and Email with some of your own messages but mostly messages provide by me. 3. I am definitely interested in doing this. I work with adult related things so this should be fun for me to do. I am available for the hours so that wouldn't be a problem. As far as price though I am not sure what to charge exactly. Do you have an idea of what your looking to pay per week and how would you be paying? Part of the payment upfront or all? Or nothing til the end of the week? I think its a great idea to have a mod especially if you have a busy site but with no itraders and low post amount I don't know about working without being at least partially paid upfront.
