I'm looking for someone to help build links for two finance related websites. One is very well established already and the other is just a few months old. I'm looking for someone to work about 30-40 hours a month finding quality one way links. We have several articles and tools that can be republished to help with this, would love someone who enjoys guest blogging as well as Submitting to Directories, etc. Absolutely no comment spamming, dirty tricks, etc. I'm not looking for a $5 an hour solution, I'm willing to pay a fair rate, but nothing outrageous either. I want someone who has some experience but would be happy to work with someone who's still getting started in the business. English as a first language is required, and the job is probably going to involve a fair amount of writing, so I want someone who is comfortable with that. Communication is also important. For the most part I'll leave the techniques used to obtain the links up to you. I'd prefer to pay by the hour instead of a retainer or by link setup.
