These are the skills I need: - Access to software which they are fully trained for SEO - Web design knowledge is crucial - No hassle - VERY good English (please do not reply to this with "vats up, im gd seo pls hir me") - The clients I shall bringing will be high end so I need a guarantee that they can handle the workload without missing deadlines - knowledge of social media signals, high PR backlinking, tiered backlinking, and possibly access to private links would be an additional plus - Available whenever I need them. - I want the SEO to be good enough to maintain my statement of "no increase in rank, no problem, i'll refund within 45 days of purchase".
