Buying Looking to hire a domain drop catcher for on going work

I run a large network of websites and am looking to expand my horizons. I have noticed there are lots of great opportunities with dropped and expiring domains, but I do not have the time to keep looking myself everyday. I am looking to hire someone who has experience with catching dropped and expiring domains, and who knows what makes a great domain for me to buy. I would want them to have exact match keywords, decent traffic for that keyword, some age, some links, or some google pagerank. Ideal candidate has experience with domains and niche sites, as well as some internet marketing and SEO experience. I am offering to pay on a performance basis, I was thinking of starting at $1 for each great domain you catch for me, with room for improvement. This is a continuous gig, and I would like contact with the person a few times during the week. Employee will have their own paypal account that I will load with funds each week, so as soon as they find a domain that meets my criteria they can register it for me.
