Buying Looking to have a simple directory site cloned with some changes.

I like the basic idea of this site that it provides a world wide directory for taxi companies but there is some suckyness about this one that I of course want changed in my clone.

1) The look of this site is very 1997. Page layout fonts logos etc. UGLY.

2) Each listing in the directory should result in it's own page for SEO with the listing info in the title bar.

3) There definitely needs to be an easier process for companies to post their info.. a better auto posting system anyway..

4) full integration with all major social networking sites.

5) In the signup area there is no input field for advertisers to enter their website info. Seems kinda a waste.

6) better placement/use of adsense ads.

7) I would also like the function of this site integrated into my directory and have it functional for every new region when a new advertiser enters their rate system.

Please do not try to sell me hosting/domains or some crap script I can download from thepiratebay.org I'm not the average retard.

I'm getting the usual crappy DP responses. Filled with bad English INSANE estimates to install free directories widely available on the internet and my favourite.. Portfolios filled with links to dead websites... ya looks like your design worked out great for that customer!

I never found anyone to do this.. Still interested but not for insane money for unproven developer. Its a basic link directory should be simple and cheap!
